OVERVIEW
Refresh Media is a boutique creative agency dedicated to producing cutting edge content. They are a collective of dreamers, taste makers, influencers, and innovative media disruptors.
THE PROBLEM
The catalog of work displayed on the website did not reflect the true caliber of work they are capable of.
GOALS
1. Give an enterprise feel to this small business
2. Take the existing branding and add some pizzazz to it
3. Update the portfolio to the most innovative projects
4. Add more clients to the roster

ROLES
I served as the UX/UI Designer on the project. Collaboration between the Creative Director, Cinematographer, Photographer, Graphic Designer, Interns and I brought the website to life.
IDEATION
To determine which projects ended up in the catalog, we used a digital whiteboard where people could cast their votes. Once we narrowed everything down, we shifted through all the branding assets and decided what we were keeping and what we were changing.
WIREFRAMING
My team had weekly meetings with the owner of Refresh Media to track progress and suggest edits. We tested different styles of media throughout the site (motion, video, imagery, etc.) to gauge people's reactions. Color palette is mostly muted with a pop of orange, going along with the disruption motif the brand has. There were several revision rounds.
DESIGN
The finished project is a user friendly, attractive webpage that drives significantly more traffic. Check it out.
RESULTS
The website was completed in a 4-month timespan. Due to the update, the agency was able to gain several new clients in the course of 6 months, with 2 of them signing long term contracts.
